CHILD PROTECTION – PHOTOGRAPHY and VIDEO TAKING

Llangefni RFC Mini & Junior Section recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all children and young people in sport.

In accordance with our child protection policy we will not permit photographs, video or other images of children and young people to be taken without the consent of their parents or guardians.

Llangefni RFC Mini & Juniors will take all necessary measures to ensure these images are used solely for ‘rugby’, Club and news purposes. No unauthorised photographs or video clips may be used by parents or other parties. Any posting of unauthorised images or video clips to social networking sites and or YouTube and similar websites will result in disciplinary measures being taken by the Junior Section / Club Committee.

Any images / video clips posted to websites, even with prior consent, which bring the name of Llangefni RFC into disrepute may lead to disciplinary action and possible expulsion from playing or membership being revoked.

WE ASK PARENTS TO FILL IN A 'FORM OF CONSENT FOR THE USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS OR VIDEO.' - to be filled in when registering your child.
