For All Players
Play for fun and to improve your skills and playing ability.
Keep to the rules.
Listen to your Coaches and Team Managers and respect them.
Don't argue - accept the referee's decision and your coaches’ decisions - he/she will not change the decision made and any argument may result in your team being penalised.
Control your temper and words.
Keep playing, never give up.
Applaud good rugby - applaud good play, even if it's the opposition who's playing well.
Be fair at all times - be fair, PLAY FAIR.
Training - come to every training session, train to improve your skills and listen to your coaches. Please bear in mind attending training often is bound to lead to playing in matches often. Each training session builds on the last.
Accept constructive criticism – don’t sulk if you don't like what you hear - be tough and deal with it.
Don't be selfish - remember that you are part of a team. Games are won by individuals playing as a team - not by individuals playing for themselves.
Concentrate in training sessions and throughout every match.
Don't showboat - even after scoring.
You are part of a team, part of a close knit family - at the end of every training session, stay to hear any messages from the team coaches or team managers. Don't disappear, in case you miss out.
Respect your team mates, other teams and their supporters.
Respect LLANGEFNI RFC property and resources. The same goes for other clubs when we visit.
Be proud of your team and LLANGEFNI RFC JUNIORS.
