Llangefni travelled to Bala looking for the win to secure their place in the Division 1 North next season. The game was evenly matched with infringement after infringement, awarding penalties to both sides. Llangefni successfully kicking four penalties to Bala`s two, making the score Bala 6, Llangefni 12.

Llangefni fly half Carwyn Milburn dependable boot kicking all of Llangefni`s penalties. Llangefni youth player winger Dafydd Owen played his first game for the senior team and had a very good game, particularly in defence in the last 10 minutes of the game when Bala were camped in the Llangefni 22 meter box but failed to pierce the valiant defence of Llangefni.

Llangefni next play on February 11th when they travel to Bethesda, local derby an exciting game to follow.
